People & Principles Before Politics
Born and raised on my family’s farm in Lycoming County, I’m a single mother who often worked multiple jobs just to provide for my children, pay the bills, and put myself through college.
Like many Pennsylvanians, I know how hard it is to live paycheck-to-paycheck.
While working in Harrisburg for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor, I saw firsthand just how dysfunctional our government can be. I’ve watched as people’s priorities were disregarded and common-sense legislation never even made it to a vote, making life harder for us in rural Pennsylvania.
We all want good, sustainable jobs, quality education for our children, affordable and accessible healthcare, and the freedom to truly pursue our happiness without being left behind for corporate interests by out-of-touch politicians.
I want to represent rural Pennsylvania as someone who actually understands what it means to struggle; to have experienced making the choice between putting food on the table and paying the electric bill.
I’m tired of status quo politicians telling the people what their lives are like and what they need, instead of listening to us. I will represent everyone, regardless of political party.
We deserve actual representation for our friends, neighbors, and community in the policies put forth by the legislators in Washington.
Join me in demanding better for our rural communities!
